Overall really good book
I really enjoyed listening to this book. Content wise, it was great. Lot of interesting insights. As the author says it himself, there is nothing new or magical in the book. Most of the content is stuff we already know but we fail to apply in daily life leading to various consequences. This, being aware of it is the first step to taking the steps to change and shift towards those habits.

Long Stories should be short
This book is really great by the lessons it teaches. But this is way to long to listen for just about 7 habits. For that reason, I don't like the format that much. You should not worry about explain a habit for 2 hours when just 10min and an exemple is enough. The work should be in real life, not listening for 15h. If you compare it for example to "How to win friends and influence people" by Dale Carnegie (definitly recommend), which is similar in some ways, it only last for little more than 2h and the things to understand are clear. You spend the rest of your time applying those concepts and could re-listen it sometime without wasting 15h.
