  • Why Are You Stalking Me?
    Sep 4 2024

In this episode we meet a long time friend who found himself in a difficult and sometimes harrowing situation.

This tall dark and handsome fellow had years of harassment and on line abuse from ex associates - so much so in their own words - it may well be deemed as 'stalking'.

Some events and experiences within this episode can come across as triggering for some people - But this is a real life situation, and my guest wanted to come and share their experience. Just so people are aware of what to look out for, the help that may or not be available and of course with names protected in an ongoing situation.

I asked if any of the situations could be avoided and what they could have done to prevent areas of the discussion. Until you realise of what they went through, you cant help but feel sorry for them.

    Topics discussed:
    - Stalking
    - Harassment
    - Social Media presence
    - Friends that are not friends
    - Drug addictions
    - Police and Not Police

Unfiltered Mouths - Him With ADHD

An in depth listen to Jay and his personal journey on the diagnostic journey with ADHD, before and after.

His experience and knowledge is a fascinating listen, which is why I asked him on. He has an overwhelming energy in explaining all things in reference to, masking, emotional dysfunction, internal monologues and the bees!

I got a real urban insight into ADHD from Jay. All the good stuff without the scientific explanations from a physiologist - Just Jay.

I truly hope you resonate too.
