The ancient Aris helped created nearly all advanced life in the galaxy. But they weren't alone. Now the long lost Children of the Aris have resurfaced, freed from their Quantum prison. The deep-cover spy has his own reason for finding the fugitive, and it's not to earn the million-credit bounty offered for his capture. The elusive alien absconded with billions of credits from his homeworld just before the Mad Aris Kracion irradiated the planet. And now it seems as though the entire galaxy is looking for him.

Xander Moore is the senior pilot at the Rapid Defense Center, the clearinghouse for America's defensive drone force. The alien with an attitude is BACK! And he's not the only one. Kracion, the Mad Aris, is also back, and working with the allies to stop the Klin from destroying the universe. As the Klin build and deploy thousands of trans-dimensional starships, they refuse to accept the danger the space engines represent. Kracion has spent years repairing the damage to the space/time continuum caused by these drives, and now the Klin are literally tearing the fabric of space apart even worse than before.
