I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high A1c and diabetes, I had acid reflux so bad I couldn't lay down to sleep. I eliminated all these chronic conditions by applying 6 simple principles that changed my health and quality of life. I’m 66 years old and I’m not on ANY medication and workout 5 days a week!
