  • The Orchestra On The Hill, a 501c3 organization, is devoted to producing interdisciplinary performances and enriching the community by providing opportunities for musicians and other artists to collaborate through professional and innovative orchestral performances. The Orchestra On The Hill encourages youth participation and development while celebrating the natural beauty and rich history of our region.

    In this episode of Cape Ann Conversations, Tom Palance, Founder & Artistic Director, and Chris Florio, Assistant Artistic Director and Composer, discuss how they have developed from a classical orchestra to one that collaborates with visual artists, poets, animators, and vocalists to produce wholly original performances. They also reveal details about upcoming projects under development, and what the future may look like for the organization.
