BEING AWARE OF YOUR EMOTIONS/THOUGHTS
We will all have highs and lows in emotion.
Stay centered, find the root of your feelings, good or bad.
Be willing to accept hard truths.
Focus everyday and continue to redirect your emotions and feelings.

CREATE A PRODUCTIVE LIFE
I can only speak for myself, and my mood is much better when I'm on the move as opposed to idle watching tv or looking at my phone.
What a productive lifestyle looks like for me.
Making the bed every morning
Steps, stairs and swim
Keeping a clean house/cloths
Create and have a hobby
Dancing, listening to music
Calling people I care about and talking to them on the phone
Not taking life too serious
Acting immediately

FINDING JOY IN THE PROCESS
We need to challenge ourselves, so we can fail and learn.
Being committed and dedicated to process is where you will succeed.
We have to do it everyday, so find joy in the little things.
When you do something you don't want to do, but you do it because it will improve your life.
Show yourself that you care enough about you to get it done.
