Hello and welcome. I’m so stoked you have joined us here at the Beach Vibes, Healing Lives podcast! I’m your host Stephanie Minter, an internal medicine physician, salty Floridian, perpetual student, international traveler, sun bum, soul adventurer, captain of my ship, and author of my own life.
