Effective & long-lasting weight loss, without any weight regain, is not about the next best diet, 30-day no carb or no sugar challenge, intermittent fasting for 2 weeks, or 75 hard. It's about habits that you can sustain forever!

    You will very slowly & gradually become a natural & inevitable byproduct of your daily habits. That’s the key to weight loss!
