Good motivational audiobook
I have participated to TR seminar: “unleash the power within” and listening to the audiobook was a good reminder of the lessons and it put me in the “outstanding “ state from the seminar. I don’t know if i would have appreciating in the same way without the participation at the seminar.

Very difficult to follow
It's a live recording of his show, and he speaks very fast, with very high energy and a broken voice. It's really difficult to follow on an audio format. I couldn't finish. The content has good advice but I think he insists a little too much on the efficiency of his method. Yes NLP is effective and yes what he says is true, however the "how" he pretends through the examples he gives are not realistic. I have been following the guy for a while now, learned from him. I a not an anti-tony robbins at all but you have to be aware that there's showmanship in the performance. Overall, I don't think it's the best format to benefit from.

Glad I didn’t pay 30k to attend this seminar
This audio is an extract from the seminar. There are over 60 small parts of it, with an awful music from the 80’s between each section. It might drive you crazy.
Tony Robbins gives precious advices and enlightening content, but it’s quite rare in this extract, mixed with a couple of very basic stories, that we even sometimes wonder if there are not urban legends. But he can tell you these stories and (his) lessons from it like any other.
