Beyond the classic advices this book provide some insights and good inputs about the key of the insomnia : the fear of the fear and the psychological aspects. Great book and many thanks to the author

Nothing new
This is not new advice. It's the exact same thing you'll find by just googling for advice on insomnia. Not only that, but the writer is incredibly patronizing and this book is 90% filler. I found myself getting even more annoyed regarding my insomnia while reading this. Save your money
