1st hour good, the rest is just repetition
The 4DX concept is interesting, but the 1st hour is enough to grasp the principles. The remaining 6h are just repetitions.
And I fully agree with other comments : the main voice is very annoying, with its constant fake laughter, pretending to be natural
To save you the 7h reading :
1- define 1 goal that is a game-changer (just 1, not 2). It should be of the type "get from A to Z by the D date".
2- define the leading measures that can help achieve this goal (measures you can influence, as opposed to lag measures).
3- put the lead and lag measures on an appealing dashboard, visible to all team 24/7.
4- meet with the team on a weekly basis to review the progress of actions, and of lead and lag measures.
That's it!

Good book, irritating voice
I find the book interesting and well documented.
However the main voice is hard to listen to with the constant vocal fry and casual laughter. That tone would better suit a novel. The other voices are better.
Also, at some points it’s somewhat repetitive and hammering the point.
On this occasion I believe that reading the book would be better.
