À propos de cette écoute
Feeling uneasy, overwhelmed, and a little burned out?
Do you keep asking yourself, "What's wrong with me?"
There was a time when I did the same thing.
I was spiraling. I couldn't enjoy a 9-5, even in a field I was semi-passionate about.
I never felt like I was enough. I didn't know how or why I should contribute anything to this messed up, negative news-infested world.
But...I knew that I had to do something.
It all started by having a little chat with myself. They say you can't teach self-awareness, but I disagree. You can, but with a delay. Being honest about your looks, your state of mind, etc., can be a brutal process; doing this could change your life.
Creating a video diary helped me to see and eventually figure out how to shift my mindset in a non-traditional way. Shortly after this, I began to write frameworks for getting unstuck. Things that I could do immediately to get moving, and they worked. The exercises in "Something is (Not) Wrong with You" helped me change my life and mindset in a shorter amount of time than I thought was possible. In 6 months, I started making YouTube videos again (on two channels), wrote and recorded over an album's worth of songs, began exercising nearly every day, and wrote the book that you are about to hear. I know thinking about some of these things could make you uncomfortable, and I'm not going to lie, "Something is (Not) Wrong with You" will push you to question your own assumptions about yourself. But, if you are feeling stuck and want to do something about it, don't wait as long as I did to remember who you are and who you want to be.
If you find yourself making excuses for why you shouldn't listen to this book...It might be the same old mindset creeping in that got you stuck in the first place. After hearing this book, you'll move toward becoming your ideal self. You can redefine your physical limitations and self-imposed excuses. Take control of your life by exploring the practical exercises to get unstuck.
