Self-discipline is the art of exercising control over your emotions, feelings, and behavior and overcoming your weaknesses so you can reach your goals.
Self-Control and motivation
You need to start learning how to say "No" to your selfish desires, uncontrolled cravings, and destructive feelings. Your self-satisfying and primal desires will continuously require an appropriate amount of control. If you continue to satisfy your immediate urges, then you are weakening your self-control. Start to identify and act on what is truly necessary so you can develop a powerful and effective sense of personnel management.
If willpower and self-discipline are indicators of success, how exactly can it be measured?
Studies revealed that people with strong self-control and the ability to resist certain temptations are less likely to stray away from their ultimate goals.
