Motivational as well as Useful
I’m sure many will appreciate the workout plans, me what I appreciate most is the motivation and inspiration, and that includes the way it is narrated with enthusiasm and conviction!! There are soooo many conflicting opinions out there in the running world and so the science and broad experience is presented here is truly invaluable !!
