    Important and brave

    As a health care professional specializing in the ‘stability’ chapter in Peter Atia’s book ‘Outlive’ and also in the physical and emotional drivers of posture and movement habits, I was impressed by the breadth and scope of this book as well as the attention to detail. What shone through most of all, however, was the Peter Atia’s honesty and authenticity in sharing the mistakes he has made, what he has learnt from them, and how we can all benefit from medicine 3.0 as individuals and as a society. I make documentaries on health and human performance alongside working with patients. I will be buying this book for others who I know need a nudge.

    How you will die

    This book will tell you how you’ll die but leave you clueless on what you can do about it except visiting the author office.
