Alex Blackmore gained an LLB and LPC in Law at Nottingham University and went on to practice as a finance lawyer in the City. After five years in the world of corporate finance and banking, she moved into legal and financial writing and editing before becoming a freelancer full time. She runs a copywriting business and a fashion retail website championing new designers, and lives in North London.
