Description
School shootings and school violence incidents are sadly becoming a tragic reality among our children. In our ever-change school landscape, more frequently we are hearing about school incidents that are impacting our children and society with feelings of anxiety and fear. For those who have been involved in school shootings and school violence and even those who have not, the lasting trauma can have a lasting effect.
This book was created to help children and grown-ups to better understand school shootings and school violence incidents and to give them both some ideas of what to do in an emergency situation. While we should always be ready and prepared in case school shootings or school violence incidents occur, we should never let those incidents keep us in fear. This book is dedicated to those who have lost their lives too soon due to school violence. May everyone reading this book stay safe and well.
