Description
I Feel Good About Me is a book loosely based on the author Troy Harris’s experience moving to Los Angeles after graduating college and the long and winding road he takes on his path toward becoming a film director. Harris takes liberties that step clearly beyond the border of real and imaginary that make for an adventurous ride as he navigates through the challenges of friendship, romance, and life in corporate America.
At the very core of Harris’s book, named after a rap song and video he created along his journey, is a message of self-help and self-reliance with a set of principles that can serve as a guide for anyone looking for self-improvement in their lives. Ride alongside Harris as he embarks on his journey, facing obstacle after obstacle, to see if he gives up on his dream forever or has what it takes to succeed.
Troy Harris was born in Mesa, Arizona, raised in a Phoenix suburb by the name of Ahwatukee, and currently lives in Santa Monica, California. His passions include beach volleyball, fitness, dancing, making music, making videos, watching sports, spending time with friends and family, podcasting, and writing books. He has an affinity for social justice, Black culture, 90s Hip-Hop, 80s New Wave, Film Noir, and Neo-Noir. He makes donations to help underserved communities on a yearly basis and truly enjoys helping others. He has a father, Kenny, and a mother, Tracy, and loves them both very much.
