When Howard, leader, mentor, and friend to the staff at M Fisher Financial, is suddenly "retired" from his position, it marks the beginning of a change in the way the company does business and looks after its employees. Amid these new principles, one member of the workforce, top salesman Ray Martin, finds his voice and openly challenges the new practices, making himself a target of his new boss and her team of puppet managers in the process. Now, with his career imploding and on the verge of a complete nervous breakdown, Ray must take some risky steps to protect his ability to provide for his family before he loses everything.
