Why Moving Without Shaking? My international journey began in 1999 when I moved from an industrial city in Eastern Ukraine to the US, straight to the heart of Silicon Valley, California, to study for an MBA. Today, my global experience covers living and working in the US, Switzerland, the UK, Tanzania and now Singapore. Curious how it adds up across countries? I have * worked in 34 * traveled in 44 * got a formal university degree in 3 * lived in 6 My international business career is in technology sales and operations. Having progressed in responsibilities from an analyst to a vice president, working for American and British technology companies at home and abroad with teams based around the world, I have done a substantial amount of mentoring and coaching internationally. One key thing I have learned: all successful global moves have a great support structure, be it sponsors, mentors, coaches, friends or family. I continue to work in technology sales operations and recently joined Workday in Singapore. Writing and mentoring is something that I enjoy and will always pursue.
