Randrick L. Chance (or simply "Chance") is a U.S. Navy veteran, Author, Speaker, Missionary, and Lifestyle Coach. After enjoying a successful naval career - earning various awards, multiple Sailor of the Quarter, and swift promotions, Chance transitioned from the military to civilian life and pursued another rewarding career field - humanitarian relief. His service to the needy has now taken him to over 26 countries on 6 continents. He was the special projects and office manager, fundraising director, and missions coordinator for the National Association for the Prevention of Starvation (NAPS) - a mission-driven youth relief organization in Huntsville, Alabama. Chance and his B.M.W (Beautiful Marvelous Wife), Rhonitta, enjoy bringing physical and spiritual relief to thousands of suffering and underserved people - both in the U.S. and around the world. They have conducted outreach campaigns in some of the most neglected and at-risk cities in America and in countries such as Zimbabwe, Madagascar, Botswana, Mozambique, Zambia, Liberia, Suriname, Kenya, Tanzania, and Ghana - transforming the lives of thousands of families as a result. Mr. Chance is also the Founder of Strategic Secrets and the Co-Founder/Executive Director of 7th Seal Missions Resources. Over the past 20 years, Chance has acquired extensive training, experience, and knowledge in Digital Publishing, Human Resources Management, Project Management, Non-Profit Administration, Humanitarian Relief, Evangelism, and Missionary Operations. He uses his military experience and training to help others discover their passions and pursue meaningful service and career endeavors. On the home front, he enjoys soccer, tennis, writing, and spending both quality and quantity time with his family. Together, they travel frequently and lead very productive lives.
