Michael Heath is an experienced learning and development specialist much in demand by organisations both in the public and private sectors. His philosophy is aimed simply at helping people raise their awareness of the skills and techniques that will make their working lives easier and more enjoyable. After an early career spent in a variety of management roles, Michael moved to a performance management consultancy, supporting a variety of major accounts including Virgin Atlantic Airways, BUPA International and DHL. In 1999, he established his own Learning and Development Consultancy, Greenwave Training and Consultancy Services (www.mhconsult.com). Projects - both UK and international - have spanned an impressive range of management training interventions, including performance management initiatives, organisational development consultancy and key recruitment programmes. In early 2010, he published his first two books: Leadership and Management, part of the Harper Collins Business Secrets series. In late 2010, he co-wrote 'Grow Your Business', to accompany the Dragons' Den TV series. This year has seen Michael publish two additional titles: 'The Fit Mentor' and '40 Interview Icebergs and How to Sail Around Them'. In his spare time he also writes fiction and has recently made available a Kindle version of his children's story 'Laura and the Secret Magist'. His interests include composing and playing the piano and guitar.
