    I’m your host, Misha Vayner, a certified, trauma informed holistic health and life coach and mother of 3. I was led to this work from my own radically transformational healing journey that resulted in profound and world altering shifts.

    I support moms in reclaiming their most authentic and expanded versions of themselves in mind, body and soul through helping them heal and rewire the patterns that are taking them out of alignment.

    In this podcast, you can expect to have your mind, heart and soul cracked open from new wisdom while also more connected and less lonely from the very relatable conversations of navigating this wild and messy journey of reclaiming and coming home to ourselves.

    I will bring conversations here from my own ever evolving healing journey, as well as bring my clients, friends and teachers on to share their stories and wisdom. We will go deep but we’ll also have a lot of fun.

    We’ll discuss topics such as holistic and alternative health, trauma healing, self growth, conscious parenting, psychology, relationships + intimacy, slow living and more.
