    • Laugh At Yourself in Marriage
      Feb 13 2019

Today we’re talking laughter. Without the ability to laugh at yourselves in marriage, you have no marriage (not a fun one anyway).

Laughter is a crucial element to a successful and joyful life. Laughter is a physiological response to humor that releases tension, excretes endorphins, makes you. happier, and it’s contagious.

When you read headlines like, “Tiger Woods plays with own balls”, Nike says, do you laugh? How about, “Volunteers search for old civil war planes.” I’m really hoping they didn’t search too long. Haha

Come learn how to seek and find more humor in your everyday lives so your marriage will be a fun environment that is relaxing, rejuvenating, and — fun.

    • Wives, Mothers & Exhaustion
      Feb 11 2019

Today we’re talking wives, mothers, and exhaustion. I have sensuality and confidence coach to women, Leslie Porter, here to give us women tips on how to have more joy, space and pleasure in our lives amongst the mundane, day-to-day, wife and motherly activities we cherish - but that can be exhausting.

Leslie believes by harnessing the power of sensuality and creativity, women are more in tune with themselves and everyone around them. So, her passion is helping women embrace their sensual and creative sides, helping women get comfortable in their own skin, women who want to be confident in their beauty and their power no matter their age or weight.

Come listen and learn how to have more energy at the end of the day, how to create more time for yourself so you feel fulfilled, whole, energized and happy. We talk directly to women with full-time careers on vulnerability, control, and bringing more pleasure into your life. We also talk sexuality, passion, how to enjoy sexuality more, and what to do if you’re body-conscious. Come listen and learn from this smart woman!

    • Is Marital Suffering a Choice?
      Feb 6 2019

Today’s episode is all about suffering in marriage.  Do you feel plagued with emotional suffering, depression or anxiety?  Negative emotional patterns?  Are you consumed with fear? Do you feel stuck and find it difficult to move forward or create positive change because of your suffering?

What if I told you that suffering is a choice?  What if I told you that suffering isn't something that happens to you because of life's circumstances, rather, it's a place you choose to go because you're fulfilling some of your needs?  Tony Robbins famously says, "Pain is unavoidable, a fact of human life. But suffering is optional, it’s a choice."

Have a listen to this episode, keep an open mind, and you might be surprised at what is revealed regarding suffering.
