  • In our first full podcast, we delve into the life of Matt and Vicky Barraud, who founded the Morvargh Sailing Project in 2010. Morvargh is a sail training organisation and a Community Interest Company and they take young people on sailing trips aboard the Helen Mary R, a 57ft sail training vessel. Young people are pushed beyond their comfort zones through the experience of sailing around the coast of Britain. This leads to considerable changes in their confidence and self-belief, amongst many other things.
