  • How I Lost My Voice, M's Baserunning Woes and What a Frustrating Year
    Sep 20 2024

We are back on a Friday, and I have to apologize for not being here on Tuesday. I lost my voice after a day of tailgating at the Seahawks-Patriots game and I share the stories from Foxboro.

Then, the M's are 78-75 and 2.0 games back of the wild card. We discuss the final nine games of the season, what we want to see and why this year has been so frustrating.

The Mariners also forgot how to run the bases over the last week. We discuss the TOOTBLANs against the Yankees and decide if Dan Wilson should take some blame for not having his guys prepared. And how much are people mad at Julio Rodriguez for it all?

Finally, congratulations are in order for a bunch of M's who made history this week. And hey, that Ohtani guy that the M's ignored in free agency is pretty good.

    Sep 6 2024

Here's the skinny: The Seattle Mariners took the final two games in Oakland to move to 71-70 on the year. They are now just 4.5 games back in the American League West and are trying to give us all a sliver of hope.

We're releasing the episode anyways, because it was awesome. We had on Adnan Virk of the MLB Network and Tom Caron of NESN, who have unique perspectives on what the Mariners are going through.

We also react to Ryan Divish's appearance on the Jason Puckett podcast.
