I'm a 6th generation California rancher accidentally turned life coach and speaker after taking back control of her life. On my journey to health, I’ve lost over 100 pounds, but more importantly, I lost the mental weight I had been carrying with me for years.

I’m here to help others along their journey to health and happiness by teaching the mental tools it takes to reach their goals. No fad diets, no restrictive eating plans, no intense workout regimens - just the mental skills to find self-love and take control of the thoughts and negative mindset that have been holding them back.
