  • S1E6 Defining Masculinity In The 21st Century
    Sep 14 2024

What does love have to do with how men view women in the 21stcentury? Well, it seems to depend on how men and women define masculinity. This episode explores roles that are or were traditionally held by men and whehter they should be occupied by women, even if women are qualified to hold them.

There is a great deal of discussions about the term Toxic Masculinity and whether, as the guest in this episode believes is a term that was made up by women to push back against men who have a traditional view of a woman’s place in relationships.

  • S1E3 18 And Clueless
    Aug 6 2024

Remember way back then, when you were 18 and thought that you knew how to navigate the world with your new found freedom. Gone were the words I can't wait until I'm grown or 18. But then, reality came creeping onto your island of freedom like a hurricane that's eager to ruin the first taste of freedom that you waited so long to obtain. Reality to you may have been called rent, utilities, FICA, insurance, student loans or tax returns and it may have never looked as uglier as the look on your face when reality reared itself to you.

Think about the first time, as an adult that you were faced with a major life decision, which for the first time in your life you had to make on your own. Image all of the thoughts that were going through your mind and the anxiety that those thoughts were causing you at 18. Because that was the time that you realized you were clueless on what to do!

This episode chronicles the young life of such an individual. Hear him talk about his first taste of liberation and what caused him to realize too much freedom may not be a good thing, and most importantly what put him back on track to succeed in life. They say age is only a number, but fail to add that experience is what brings wisdom to those who think that they know it all. I’m just saying and so did the young man featured in this episode did too.

  • S1E2 The Road To Healing
    Jul 27 2024

The road to healing doesn't generally begin with self alone, which you will learn in this episode. The road to healing is a two party endeavor, which includes you and your spirit. Each of us has a spirit no matter what you personally refer to it as.

To get to the root cause of ones mental agony or emotional struggle, one only needs to look to their unconscious cloak of despair, because that's what their spirit has been trying to bring forward so that they can heal in whole and not in parts.

Once your emotion codes have been identified you can then break free from mental bondage and begin to heal.

  • S1E1 Is It Okay To Be Alone
    Jul 10 2024

This Episode explores the power of community, family and hope. Why is loneliness the world's best kept secret yet so loud while being hidden? Why do some people lash out for attention while others silently seek love via self-harm. The key to unlocking both is community, family and most importantly hope, because when people feel hopeless that's when they feel there is no more rope to hang on to life.
