    Marcela Andres is a daughter of Mexican and Cuban immigrant parents, a Harvard graduate, bilingual educator and now entrepreneur, Marcela Andrés, President and CEO of designEDengagement, a Latina-owned education consulting company based in Austin, Texas, understands how life-changing family engagement efforts between families, educators and communities can be towards a student’s academic success.
