    Resilient Professional and Coordinator of the TREC Resiliency Program, she has helped change the trajectory of at-risk youth. This episode shines a light on the difficulty of learning new information when we are having a trauma response, the importance of having healthy relationships, equipping individuals with resiliency tools, and how we all can learn from one another to leave this world a better place than how we found it.
