  • Résumé

  • Two weeks ago, while editing Episode 6, I was called to come into the recording studio to record and share these reflections with you. To both communicate my gratitude, and to invite you to use The Fall Up Method, as a means of connecting more with your heart, and what is present within it right now.

If you listened to our most recent Heart Gardening episode, which inspired this bonus episode, we shared about Marilyn Murray’s Three Little Children. One of the things that I love about practicing presence, with reflection and gratitude, is that these practices give us the opportunity to connect more with our Original Child, especially while moving through grief. Marilyn defines The Original Child as the child who we are created to be. It’s the child that embodies our soul and spirit in their original form, untainted and filled with potential.

Whatever is present within your heart gardens today, I hope that these reflections on how I’m relating to The Pause, The Breath, The Feeling, and The Healing inspire you in being more present – and alive – to your big feeling hearts.
