  • Welcome to the fifth episode of Season Two of Agriculture 2050, where we're joined by Professor Todd Applegate who is the Department Head and R. Harold and Patsy Harrison Chair in Poultry Science at the University of Georgia in the US. In this week's episode, we talk about the environmental impact of poultry production, the role of over-nutrition and nutrient losses in contributing to this impact, as well as how optimised nutrition can contribute to achieving more sustainable poultry production.
