  • #004 To Anyone Who Says: "I Don't Have Enough Time"
    Mar 23 2023

Creating time to start or build a business, in these uncertain times, might not just be about building the "dream business" but instead feeding your family, paying your bills, ending the money-related arguments.

In this episode I share my approach to building my own business and creating the time to do it whilst living in uncertain times. It's no secret a recession is either looming or here. We need to gather all of our assets, focus and determination to execute on what's most important to us in this season of our lives.

  • #003: Why you're really struggling to overcome procrastination
    Mar 21 2023

In this episode I discuss a productivity discovery I made that blew my mind! Procrastination is principally caused by low self-esteem and self-criticism.

The link between our level of self-worth and dare I say it, self-love and our productivity. You'll probably won't be suprised how much we "like ourselves" largely determines the risks we take, how much we believe in our ability and our choices to keep building our businesses or not in ways that reflect our deepest desires.

Not enoughness, low-self-worth and self-loathing get in the way of being able to serve at the highest level. I share how some of my own self-esteem issues began, my journey in overcoming them and ultimately becoming more productive, happy and abundant.

  • #002: How living in the past is killing your productivity
    Mar 15 2023

In this episode I share how a specific practice I do in my early morning routine helps me let go of the past and therefore increase my productivity. Letting go of the past creates room for the future. We often wake up thinking the same thoughts we had yesterday which often leads us to living in the past. This habit makes it extra hard to push forward and get things done joyfully, quickly and consistently.

Taking some time in the morning to do the practice I share will help you process your thoughts and understand where they're coming from. Your external results are a direct product of your internal world. If you're internal world, in your mind or heart is chaotic, it'll be so much harder to be fully productive and joyful in your life and business.

Rather than worrying about the same things every day, which subconsciously stop us all from making progess, try this. You'll procrastinate a lot less, I guarantee that!

  • #001: Why I shifted from being a snoozer to an earlier riser
    Mar 15 2023

In this episode I am sharing why I stopped snoozing to increase my productivity. With young kids, a business, big dreams and a desire to be truly present and joyful in every area of life only became possible when I stopped snoozing.

If there's a fellow snoozer out there who hates the idea of rising early (I hear you - I was there!), I'm going to share how I personally stopped snoozing the alarm and started getting up before my family. I'll explain the impact this has had on my mood, energy, relationships and how you can you do it too.

If you've been wondering why getting up early is so important, listen and share this episode to anyone who wants to get up early but doesn't know why this is so important.

  • #000: Why Do We Procrastinate?
    Mar 15 2023

How often have you wondered: why am I procrastinating? You've got goals, dreams and ambitions that keep you up at night, yet why do we avoid doing the things we know we should and need to do to move our life and business forward?

Have you been there? Are you perhaps there right now?

Friend, if you're here right now, I hear you and I've been there, too often in fact. It was because of the overwhelm and frustration I was feeling that I decided to learn how I could beat my own procrastination tendencies and habits. This led me down a rabbit hole - I grew an insatiable appetite for learning how to beat procrastination and become abundantly productive.

We are an integrated being - our business, our homes, our marriage/relationships are not sepatate entitites. Being abundantly productive is about being grounded and centred from within, producing without fear or self-doubt, knowing we are enough. Listen to the first episode of the Action It Today podcast and join me on this journey to discovering true abundant producitivity.
