Ray Lau is a friend, a very funny comedian (@RayJLau on Instagram and Tiktok, where he has amassed millions of views), and one of those people who seems to just get results.
In this conversation, I tell Ray that I think he’s obsessed with power, I admit a time when I was jealous of him, and we talk about how getting kicked out of a fraternity for talking about a certain Client Eastwood movie may have shaped him into the man he is today.
Three production notes:
One: you will occasionally hear the jangling of a dog’s collar. Her name is Olive. She is very nice. Two: I’m bad at editing, so this conversation was recorded six months. If anything, the things we talk about have only become more relevant in Ray’s career.
Three: This is technically episode 3 because my episodes with Sam Salem and Ben Kassoy are out on YouTube, but this is the first one on all streaming platforms. If you're a real Stern-head, I just didn't want you to be confused!
