Author's note:
As a cancer survivor, I am very happy to offer a journey that I know meets the specific needs necessary for complementary healing and a renewed sense of peace. Peace and positive mindset are so important. As for specific imagery, I included "healthy lifestyle suggestions" simply as suggestions. They are for those who wish them and for those who do not, that's fine too. I encourage you to take what you like and leave the rest. To all my sisters who are in treatment, I dedicate this guided imagery and to each and every one, I send this prayer:
May you feel wrapped in love and rapt in love. May that love work in your body and mind, bringing comfort, confidence, and healing. May you deeply relax and refresh, accepting the gifts of friends and the beloved, around you and within. May you let go of all that no longer serves your well-being and happiness, emerging lighter, stronger and more radiant.
