    The writing has promise but lacks maturity, literally and figuratively. The plot itself has so much to give but poor and dragging writing does it no justice. I powered through the second book, hoping for some improvement but stay disappointed.
    the sex scenes seem written by a teenager who has no real idea what sex really is.
    The reader... Two minutes into the first book, I thought "I've found my favorite reader!". Her voice is very relaxing and warm. But we got to the first steamy scene and, oh my God. The breathy words and moans are just horrible. No!
    I see there's also a series of the exact same stories, from Hades' PoV. Another no.

    Interesting take on a myth but ...
