    We’re marking International Women in Engineering Day with an episode exploring ways to boost female representation among our nation’s engineering workforce. Today, only 11% of British engineers are women and 20% of UK energy companies have no women on their board. Co-chair of Calisen’s EmpowerHer women’s network, Rachel Bryant, joins regional manager Dave Forshaw to focus on how we can inspire a new generation of brilliant, innovative women to forge a bright future in engineering. They share their reflections on a keynote Calisen speech by energy industry leader and passionate champion of gender diversity, Monica Collings, who joined our International Women in Engineering Day celebrations.
