George, Ph.D. about Critical Race Theory as well as when, why, and how to reframe white privilege in the workplace and what to expect from non-white employees. We outline diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, and how to best begin implementing these critical programs into the workplace. Dr. Larry D. George also explains his own theory that one must completely peel back the layers of white supremacy in modern and historical times to fully understand Critical Race Theory. About DEI Today is a bi-monthly podcast where Dr. K. Edwin Bryant and his guests delve into the racial issues boiling over in the US today.
