À propos de cette écoute
Have you ever walked away from an argument and suddenly thought of all the brilliant things you wish you'd said? Do you avoid certain family members and colleagues because of bitter, festering tension that you can't figure out how to address?

Wonderful framework, tools & mindsets shifts
I'm a lready a fan of Ray Dalio's radical authenticity towards 'idea meritocracy', so the whole purpose of the book was already very appealing to me. Here are very practical, sometimes super simple ways to really go deep into and through productive disagreements that work wonders for everyone involved.
