We live in difficult times. Life so often seems like a turbulent river threatening to drown us and destroy our world. Why, then, shouldn’t we cling to the certainty of the comfortable - to our deep-seated habits and familiar ways? Because, Pema Chödrön teaches, that kind of fear-based clinging keeps us from the infinitely more powerful experience of being fully alive.

    The narrator voice needs to be aligned with conten

    For this type of content (aiming at emotional awakening) the narrator's voice needs to come from heart, true to the content. The voice here is soft but seems disconnected to the content, in my opinion (sorry don't wanna hurt the narrator's feelings but just report objectively to others) as that is blocking me completely to connect deeply with the content as I usually do when Pema herself is narrating :-/
