Although the origins of AI lie in discoveries from the 19th and 20th centuries, Dr. Alan Turing’s paper entitled “Computing Machinery and Intelligence” and the related Turing Test (1950) serve as a key milestone that ushered in the era of AI. We have recently seen an explosion of innovation and an ever-expanding global ecosystem of unparalleled proportions.
