    They are:

    • Phraseology and Stripmarking Errors
    • Not using a route change instead of altitude to resolve a red alert
    • 0M8 departure without getting the point-out done first
    • Being late with a manual handoff
    • Missing point-outs

    Those are the top 5 from #5 to #1.
