Ambreen is passionate about designing and developing a better future. In 2023, she was named one of the top 50 Women Making an Impact in Tech. Currently, she serves as Planned Parenthood’s National Director of Product Innovation, a role she loves. Under her leadership, Planned Parenthood’s Innovation team has launched an AI-powered chatbot and a newly redesigned period and birth control tracking app available in both English and Spanish. Her team has also been instrumental in building web applications and conducting ethical research on GenAI and HealthTech market trends to make sexual and reproductive health services more accessible. Before joining Planned Parenthood, Ambreen spent nearly fifteen years in media and EdTech in both product and development roles, including close to eight years managing teams ranging in size from two to fifteen. She has also taught and developed curricula for institutions such as Pratt, Parsons, and General Assembly at various points throughout her career. Ambreen remains actively involved in the industry as a member of Chief, Women in Product, and Women in Innovation. She is a proud alumna of Parsons School of Design and The University of Texas.
